When will I receive my ticket(s)?
Tickets are emailed out at the point of purchase. They may take a few minutes to arrive. If you have not received your Tickets by email, please check any Spam, Junk or Updates folders you have first.

How do I get a refund?
Most event Tickets are non-cancellable. They may be transferable or amendable, but this is at the discretion of the event organiser. We encourage you to contact your event organiser using the contact details on your ticket.
